All legitimate users are encouraged to promptly log and report cases of repeater abuse. Reports really need to be in writing. Verbal complaints, e-mail, phone calls and audio tapes, whilst helpful, are not considered legally valid by the authorities. General guidance on procedures can be found on the Ofcom website, although for repeaters handling is usually via the RMC rather than AROS.
