All legitimate users are encouraged to promptly log and report cases of repeater abuse. Reports really need to be in writing. Verbal complaints, e-mail, phone calls and audio tapes, whilst helpful, are not considered legally valid by the authorities. General guidance on procedures can be found on the Ofcom website.
